Container Linehaul Driver
- Delivering materials to Visy sites between Wagga and Tumut.
- Conducting pre-trip inspections and ensuring vehicle compliance.
- Building strong customer relationships and adhering to safety regulations.
Role Details:
Routes: Delivering to Visy sites as required between Wagga and Tumut.
Locations: Based out of Tumut Depot
Rates: Great rates + allowances = penalties
Hours: Local standard hours, AM shift
What you'll do:
- Running ADouble combinations.
- Delivering Visy material such as, but not limited to: Paper reels, Cardboard, Plastic and Glass to other Visy sites.
- Work in a team that values Safety and Professionalism.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections to ensure your vehicle is roadworthy and compliant.
- Build strong relationships with our customers with friendly service.
- Accurately complete electronic reporting systems and other required documentation.
- Comply with all company/site policies, state and national transport regulations, including Fatigue Management and Chain of Responsibility laws.
- Adhere to all load restraint guidelines to ensure freight is securely transported.

What You Will Bring:
- A valid MC Licence with minimum of 2 years’ recent Australian driving experience.
- Experience with tautliners, flatbeds, retractable or container trailers.
- Sound knowledge of the regional areas or interstate routes.
- Excellent communication, time management skills and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
- A comprehensive understanding of road, fatigue, and load restraint laws.
- BFM Certification – or willingness to obtain.
- Pride in the presentation and maintenance of trucks and equipment.
