An opportunity for an experienced Motorcycle Mechanic to join a reputable dealer workshop specialising in servicing and repairs. This is a permanent full-time role based in a modern facility, offering a standard weekday schedule with no weekend shifts.

Role Overview
• Essential hands-on skills in motorcycle mechanical diagnostics and repairs.
• Salary range $30 to $45ph: Competitive hourly rate aligned with industry standards.
• Location: Two hours South of Byron Bay, along the coast. 

Key Responsibilities
• Carry out scheduled maintenance and detailed diagnostics on motorcycles.
• Perform repairs and pre-delivery inspections to ensure product quality.
• Install accessories and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems.
• Uphold workshop safety and cleanliness consistently.
• Mentor junior technicians and apprentices to enhance team skills.
• Collaborate with parts and service teams to optimise workflow.
