About the Role We're looking for a Field Service Engineer to join a specialist technical team supporting customers across NSW.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for the installation, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, calibration and validation of laboratory equipment at customer sites. You'll work directly with laboratory and technical teams, helping customers maximise instrument performance while ensuring equipment remains operational and compliant. The role includes service visits, technical support, customer training and project-based installations.

About You You may currently be working as a Field Service Engineer, Technical Support Specialist, Instrument Technician, Biomedical Engineer or Laboratory Equipment Specialist. We're particularly interested in candidates with experience servicing laboratory, microbiology or diagnostic instrumentation. 
You'll also bring:

  • Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
  • Experience performing preventative maintenance and instrument servicing
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
  • The ability to work independently and manage your own territory
  • A current Australian Driver's Licence
  • Experience working within pathology, QC, GMP, GLP, pharmaceutical, biotechnology or microbiology environments will be highly regarded.
