Distribution Centre Manager - Automotive Parts
- Lead and manage a busy Distribution Centre for automotive parts.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure efficient stock flow.

A strong and driven leader is needed to lead & manage this busy Distribution Centre and drive excellence across people leadership, warehousing, inventory, transport, and continuous improvement. This role suits someone who leads with clarity, and knows how to keep product, people, and processes moving in the right direction.
Overseeing end‑to‑end warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient stock flow, and high‑performance logistics, this role requires a hands on leader to ensure incoming and outbound parts movements are seamless to both interstate locations and customers, and consistently high DIFOT performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational and Warehouse leadership – team of approximately 8 – 10
- Oversee internal incoming goods and stock transfers to other states and customers
- Inventory management – stock takes, discrepancies and accuracy
- Financial/Cost Management – labour and transport
- Continuous/process improvement, WHS, lead lean initiatives
What you bring
- Proven experience in warehouse/DC management with multi-site operations
- Strong understanding of inventory control and transport coordination.
- Ability to lead teams, manage labour efficiently, and work autonomously.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement capability.
- Solid grasp of compliance, safety, and operational best practice.
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes and drive measurable results
