About the Role

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy retail location at Brisbane Domestic Airport. Managing a team of 10-15 staff, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading and developing your team, maintaining operational standards and delivering an outstanding customer experience in a fast-moving environment. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in ensuring the store consistently achieves both operational and commercial success.

This role suits a hands-on retail leader who thrives in high-volume environments and enjoys building strong team culture while achieving results.

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in a Store Manager or senior retail leadership role
• Strong ability to lead, coach and motivate retail teams
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Experience managing store performance, KPIs and daily operations
• Confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Stock control and inventory management experience preferred
• High attention to detail and visual presentation standards
• Flexible and adaptable approach to retail trading hours
