About the role

You will join a professional IT team supporting a large and diverse environment, working with internal stakeholders, dealerships and external IT teams to ensure reliable and secure network operations.

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to support and enhance enterprise network infrastructure across the organisation.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong troubleshooting skills, network configuration experience and the ability to work with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will be: 

  • Configure, maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure.
  • Support firewall configuration, changes and security improvements.
  • Manage and maintain IPsec VPN configurations.
  • Perform network device setup, troubleshooting and incident resolution.
  • Support routing and switching activities within the environment.
  • Review network architecture documentation and implement approved changes.
  • Assist with scripting, automation and process improvements.
  • Support legacy environment decisions and provide recommendations where required.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver reliable network services.


What you'll bring

  • 5+ years' experience in Network Engineering in a corporate environment
  • Strong experience with network configuration, troubleshooting and device management.
  • Good knowledge of Fortinet, Juniper and/or Cisco technologies
  • Experience managing and troubleshooting IPsec VPN solutions.
  • Solid routing and switching skills
  • Exposure to scripting, automation and network process improvement.
  • Strong communication & documentation skills and experience working within structured IT environments.
  • Relevant industry certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, CCNE, etc. 
  • Current driver's licence is advantageous.
