About the Role
As Boutique Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the performance and presentation of the boutique, with a strong focus on sales, team leadership and client relationships.
You will be a visible and hands-on leader, setting the standard for exceptional service while coaching your team to deliver outstanding results.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Taking ownership of boutique sales performance, KPIs and commercial results
• Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing team
• Creating a premium and personalised experience for every client
• Building long-term relationships with VIP and repeat clientele
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing team development
• Managing stock, inventory and reporting with a high level of accuracy
• Maintaining exceptional boutique presentation and visual standards
• Ensuring all operational processes are delivered to a consistently high standard
• Working closely with senior leadership to support business growth and achieve commercial objectives

About You
We are looking for an experienced luxury or premium retail leader who understands that exceptional service is about much more than the transaction.

You will ideally bring:
• Previous experience in luxury jewellery, luxury retail or premium retail
• Proven experience leading and developing a retail team
• A strong commercial track record with the ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin, both written and spoken 
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• A genuine passion for delivering highly personalised customer experiences
• Confidence engaging with discerning and high-value clientele
• Strong attention to detail and a polished, professional presentation
• A proactive, hands-on approach to leadership
• The ability to balance people leadership, client experience and commercial performance
