A well-established womenswear fashion brand is seeking an experienced Fashion Manager to lead its Hurstville store. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven fashion leader who loves styling, team development and creating a strong store culture.

The Opportunity
As the Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day performance of the store, leading your team to achieve sales, service and operational targets. You'll be hands-on in driving results while creating an engaging environment where your team can perform at their best.
You'll have the opportunity to join a growing womenswear business where your leadership, commercial mindset and passion for fashion will have a direct impact on the success of the store.
Roster: Tuesday to Saturday, including weekends.
What You'll Be Responsible For
* Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing fashion retail team.
* Driving sales performance and achieving store KPIs and targets.
* Delivering an exceptional customer experience and maintaining strong service standards.
* Using your commercial understanding to identify opportunities and maximise store performance.
* Maintaining high visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
* Managing stock, rostering and day-to-day store operations.
* Building a positive and accountable team culture.
* Leading from the front and remaining hands-on across the sales floor.
What They're Looking For
* Previous fashion management experience is essential.
* A genuine passion for womenswear, styling and the broader fashion industry.
* Proven experience leading and developing a retail team.
* Strong commercial awareness with a track record of achieving sales targets.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A confident, hands-on leadership style.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Availability to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster.
Salary & Benefits
* $65,000-$67,000 + super.
* Attractive bonus structure.
