We are currently seeking a Senior Design Drafter / team leader who has a background working in the Construction industry with Structural / Civil detailing and design skills to join our market leading client who specialise in Modular / Transportable building used in the Mining, Oil & Gas / Resources industry.
Person:
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the Construction industry and have a good background doing modular based structural design and detailing. You will be competent at producing detailed designs in line with client and engineers specification to ensure drawings are completed on time and accurate.
A background having done some work with mechanical fabrication drawings will also be advantageous for this role.
Key Skills / Experience:
*5 &ndash 7 years experience
*Structural Civil Detailing Design Skills
*AutoCAD
*Leadership / Ability to Mentor
*Understanding / ability to design shop Fabrication drawings
Remuneration:
Salary will be commensurate based on skills and background however candidates can expect to receive a salary in the region of $80,000 - $90,000 + Super
