About the Role
Our client is a newly established, mission-driven technology organisation building digital solutions for Singapore’s national security and public-safety sector. They’re looking for a Senior BA to lead the analysis on complex, cross-functional initiatives. The work is roughly 70% hands-on delivery and 30% strategic input.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery through workshops and interviews, question assumptions, and frame the real problem
- Turn ambiguous needs into testable requirements: user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and specs
- Bring competing stakeholder priorities to agreement using evidence
- Map current-state and future-state processes and push for structural improvements over quick fixes
- Use data (SQL, Excel, dashboards) to inform recommendations and measure outcomes
- Validate ideas early with prototypes, pilots and PoCs
- Lead UAT and testing through to go-live, and support Agile delivery planning
- Coach junior BAs and help build BA practice across the team
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in business analysis, product delivery or digital transformation
- Strong requirements, process modelling and workshop facilitation skills
- Hands-on with SQL/Excel, plus Jira, Confluence, Miro or Lucidchart
- Agile/Scrum and UAT experience
- Comfortable with ambiguity and conflicting stakeholder needs
- Public sector or security-domain experience is a plus
