Conveyancing Paralegal – TEMP
- Attractive hourly rate + WFH
- Initial temporary contract of 6 to 12 months
- Opportunity to work within a supportive legal team in the CBD
A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Paralegal to join a well-regarded government legal team on a temporary contract.
Working closely with a fabulous team of lawyers, you will assist with a range of conveyancing and property matters, managing files from commencement through to completion.
Key responsibilities:
- Residential conveyancing and property transactions
- Preparing and lodging Land Titles documentation
- Drafting contracts, correspondence and legal documents
- Managing searches, settlements and file administration
- Assisting with probate applications
- Liaising with clients and external stakeholders
About you:
- Previous conveyancing experience is essential
- Experience using PEXA is also essential
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and work autonomously
Please note that this role is full-time hours – no part time options will be considered.
