ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Project Lead Architect, you will take ownership of the delivery of major data centre and industrial projects from concept through to completion. You will lead project teams, mentor junior architects and technicians, coordinate consultants and act as the key point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
This role has a clearly defined pathway into an Associate position, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress into a senior leadership role within an established practice.
 
DUTIES

• Lead the design and delivery of complex data centre and industrial projects.
• Manage projects through all architectural phases from concept to construction.
• Lead, mentor and develop project teams while ensuring high-quality project outcomes.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and key stakeholders throughout project delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Oversee project programmes, budgets and resourcing.
• Ensure documentation is delivered to a high technical standard using Revit.
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the studio.

 
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Registered Architect with significant post-registration experience.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale data centre and/or industrial projects.
• Advanced Revit proficiency is essential.
• Strong technical documentation and detailing skills.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.
• Excellent client-facing, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to manage project delivery successfully.
• Ambitious, proactive and motivated to progress into a leadership position.
