Customer Service Associate - $38.89 per Hour | Immediate Start Available

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join a well-established business within the agricultural products industry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, managing customer enquiries and orders, and supporting a collaborative team.
About the Role
Working as part of a supportive Customer Service team, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries via phone and email, processing orders, and ensuring customers receive a high level of service throughout the order process.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately process and enter customer orders with a high level of attention to detail
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment
- Manage and organise incoming email orders
- Support the Customer Service Team Leader and wider team with daily operational activities
- Assist with team projects and administrative tasks as required
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards at all times
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or order processing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems
