About the role:
- Be involved on all facets of Family law, such as child support, property settlements, child custody, divorce, separation, de-factor relationships, etc.
- Liaise with clients, opposing parties or their legal representatives, third parties, and counsel.
- Conduct legal research & draft legal documents.
- Attend court hearings, events, and mediation conferences.
The ideal candidate:
- Lawyer with 2+ PQE, with proven experience working within In
- A team player capable of working autonomously.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong client management and relationship skills.
- Highly organised with exceptional time management.
