Key Responsibilities • Personal care and assistance with daily living • Community participation and social engagement • Transport to appointments and activities • Domestic assistance and household tasks • Skill development and capacity building • Supporting participant choice, independence and wellbeing Maintaining accurate shift notes and documentation • Working in accordance with the NDIS Code of Conduct and Practice Standards About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Essential Requirements • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate • Current Australian Driver's Licence • Reliable and insured vehicle • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Current Australian work rights • A genuine passion for supporting people living with disability Desirable • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services or related field • Previous disability, aged care or community support experience • Medication Administration training • Manual Handling training • Mental Health or Complex Care experience Existing Participant Relationships Welcome We welcome applications from experienced support workers who have established professional networks within the disability sector and are seeking the support of a quality-focused and compliant NDIS provider.
