Synergie Australia is seeking Bagger / Packers and Manufacturing Operators for a renowned confectionery company located in Glynde.
The important parts:
Day shift: 6:00am – 2:06pm – $31.18 per hour
Night shift: 10:00pm – 6:06am – $40.54 per hour
Must be available 5 days per week (rostered weekly)
Possibility of permanency

Key requirements:
Manufacturing staff will be required to have:
• Machine operating skills
• Batching experience (desirable)
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work 5 days per week as rostered
• Ability to complete manual handling tasks and lifting (Manufacturing Operators only – up to 20kg)
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
What you will be required to do:
Bagger / Packer duties:
• Operate within a fast-paced food production and packaging environment
• Complete repetitive tasks safely and efficiently
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety (HACCP)
• Support production targets and team workflow
Manufacturing Operator duties:
• Operate production machinery in a food manufacturing environment
• Monitor product quality and production output
• Assist with batching and material handling processes
• Complete machine changeovers and basic troubleshooting (where applicable)
• Lift up to 20kg as required
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality procedures at all times
To be successful in the role you will:
• Be physically fit and have strong attention to detail
• Communicate effectively within a team environment
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and quality
• Have reliable transport and the ability to attend all rostered shifts
• Maintain a positive attitude toward repetitive production work
