Lead legal strategy on major property developments while mentoring juniors in a collaborative, high-performing in-house team.

The Opportunity

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Property Development Lawyer to join a highly regarded national property developer in a senior in-house capacity.

This role will suit a lawyer with at least 8 years’ PQE who enjoys being close to the commercial decision-making process and wants to play a strategic role across major residential and mixed-use developments. Working as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you’ll provide practical legal guidance across the full development lifecycle while mentoring junior team members and coordinating external legal providers.

  • Minimum 4 years’ PQE gained within a reputable law firm or in-house environment.
  • Strong experience in property development, acquisitions, or related property matters.
  • Mandarin / Chinese language skills (written and verbal) are essential for stakeholder communication.
