We are seeking dynamic, creative and career-focused individuals to join our esteemed Company to provide exceptional support and service. This position will provide effective support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day tasks. This role is full time, and the working hours are | Monday to Thursday 7am - 3.30pm, Friday 7am - 1.30pm.
Your main duties will include but are not limited to the following:
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing detailed maintenance plans and schedules for mechanical equipment and systems.
- Coordinating labour, materials, tools, and external contractors required for maintenance activities.
- Analysing equipment performance data to support preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Preparing job plans, work instructions, and maintenance documentation.
- Monitoring maintenance execution to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Assisting in troubleshooting equipment failures and recommending corrective actions.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Liaising with engineers, supervisors, and operations teams to minimize downtime and optimize production.

- Ability to set priorities and meet strict deadlines.
- Team player but also have the ability to work on your own.
- Good time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
Qualification
·At least a Diploma in Engineering / Science or equivalent.
Experience
·Minimum 1 year of experience in similar position
