Retail Store Manager

About us
Skin Body Rescue Clinic is an established skin and aesthetics business in Sydney with a loyal and diverse client base. Alongside our treatments, we run a growing retail operation selling professional skincare products. As our business expands, we’re looking for a Retail Store Manager to run and grow this side of the business.
The role
Reporting to the clinic director, you will organise and control our retail operations, including:
- Deciding the product mix, stock levels and customer service standards
- Developing and carrying out purchasing policies, managing supplier relationships and placing orders
- Setting retail prices and planning retail promotions
- Selling products to customers and advising them on how to use them
- Keeping accurate stock and sales records, and running regular stocktakes
- Preparing and managing the retail budget and reporting on sales performance
- Recruiting, training, rostering and supervising retail staff
- Making sure the business follows workplace health and safety rules
About you
- Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Retail Management, Business or a related field, or at least 12 months of full-time relevant retail store management experience
- Proven experience managing stock, purchasing and retail budgets
- Experience leading and training a team
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience with skincare or beauty retail is a plus
