Retail Sales & Warehouse Assistant

In this Retail Sales & Warehouse Assistant role, you'll spend your time serving customers on the shop floor and assisting with warehouse tasks, including operating a forklift.
This outlet sells quality products at discount rates to a loyal customer base. They are looking for someone who is genuinely helpful, takes pride in their work, and can switch between customer-facing and physical tasks throughout the day.
This role suits someone currently in a warehouse or trade role who's keen to step into a customer-facing environment. No sales background required, just the right attitude!
What's on offer
- $60,000 - $65,000 + super
- Monday to Friday role, occasional optional Saturday shifts

Your day-to-day will include
- Greeting and assisting customers in the outlet centre
- Processing sales transactions and handling product returns
- Keeping the outlet floor tidy, stocked, and well-presented
- Moving between the outlet and warehouse as needed throughout the day
- Operating a high-reach forklift to move, return, and organise stock
- Supporting the warehouse team with general operations
What you'll bring
- A current forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one - training provided) - high-reach preferred
- Some customer service or retail experience is highly desirable
- A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently
- Comfortable with hands-on warehouse work and face-to-face customer service
