MR/HR Truck Driver

AWX is seeking a reliable Truck Driver to join our client's fulfilment centre in Geebung. Our client is an established supplier of plasterboard and building materials, supporting customers across the construction industry.
About the role
Deliver building materials to customers while providing friendly, professional service. This is a casual position offering ongoing full-time hours, with 6am starts and approximately 812 hour shifts, depending on delivery volumes. On busy days, deliveries may continue until sunset, so flexibility with finishing times is essential.
You'll earn $39 per hour + super , with an additional $5 per hour unloading allowance for the hours spent unloading stock.
Your duties will include:
- Completing customer deliveries safely and on time
- Assisting with loading and unloading materials
- Ensuring loads are secure and completing vehicle checks
- Maintaining delivery paperwork and providing great customer service
What we're looking for:
- Current MR truck licence as a minimum HR preferred
- Truck driving and delivery experience
- Ability to safely carry out manual handling and unloading duties
- A reliable, safety-focused approach and good communication skills
- Availability for 6am starts, longer shifts and variable finishing times
- Full, ongoing Australian working rights. Working Holiday and Student Visa holders are not eligible for this position.
