About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced FP&A professional to join the Group Finance function of a large, sophisticated and cool organisation.
The Senior FP&A Analyst will take ownership of key financial planning and reporting processes across the Group, including month-end reporting, forecasting, budgeting, OPEX management and executive reporting.
Working closely with FP&A, Group Reporting, Commercial Finance and broader finance teams, you will consolidate financial performance, identify risks and opportunities and translate complex financial information into clear commercial insights for senior stakeholders.

Duties

  • Own and deliver month-end management reporting
  • Lead monthly forecasting and Business Unit reporting
  • Drive the annual budgeting process
  • Consolidate Group financial results across a global business
  • Prepare monthly CFO reporting and Business Review packs
  • Analyse revenue, OPEX and profit performance
  • Identify key risks, opportunities and performance trends
  • Manage OPEX and partner with relevant business stakeholders
  • Provide meaningful financial insights and recommendations
  • Drive improvements across FP&A processes, systems and reporting
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive reporting and analysis
  • Deliver ad hoc financial modelling, reporting and analysis as required

Skills and Experience

  • 5–8 years’ experience across FP&A, commercial finance or management reporting
  • CA, CPA, CFA or equivalent qualification
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis experience
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, analytical and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
