THE COMPANY:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Leasing Consultant to join a high-performing agency in Brisbane's sought-after inner eastern suburbs. Working closely with an experienced Leasing Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to prospective tenants while helping to keep vacancy rates low across a quality residential portfolio.

THE ROLE:
- Conduct tenant viewings and open homes
- Respond to leasing enquiries and qualify prospective tenants
- Process and manage rental applications
- Liaise with applicants, tenants and landlords
- Provide detailed inspection feedback
- Assist with tenant onboarding and lease preparation
- Maintain accurate records and CRM updates
- Support the Property Management team with leasing activities
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
- Previous real estate, leasing or customer service experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
- Comfortable conducting inspections and building rapport with tenants
Working Hours
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday 8:30am - 5:00pm.
