Given the high demand for agricultural products in Australia, our business is growing very fast. We are looking for hard-working and reliable horticultural workers to join our team. This is a full-time position, and the position taker will be in charge of propagation, cultivation, and harvesting on our farm.
Your main responsibilities include
- Assist with a variety of farm activities such as propagation, planting, pruning, harvesting, irrigation, fertigation and fumigation
- Apply pesticides and weedicides safely and effectively
- Operate and maintain horticultural machinery and equipment for land preparation, sowing, harvesting, processing, and packing of crops
- Maintain accurate records of soil conditions, hydroponic systems, crop treatment and yields
- Manage transport and logistics involved in the delivery of produce and sales stock
What we are looking for
- Previous experience as a horticultural worker or a similar role
- Strong work ethnics
- Good physical health and a willingness to perform physically demanding tasks
- Good communication skills and commitment to safety and cleanliness
- Passion for the agricultural industry and quality produce

Salary: 71,500 AUD - 75,000 AUD excluding superannuation
