Our client is a large, complex organisation with operations across Queensland and a strong focus on delivering essential services to the community. You'll be joining an established team responsible for supporting a broad internal stakeholder group across financial operations, systems and administration.

Job Description

• Provide help-desk support and respond to internal enquiries relating to finance systems and processes
• Assist users with system issues, access and general queries, escalating more complex matters where required
• Support day-to-day administration across accounts payable, accounts receivable, corporate cards and travel-related processes
• Assist with monthly reporting and reconciliations, ensuring information is accurate and completed within required timeframes
• Provide support with training materials, system testing and internal resources
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve processes and the overall user experience

The Successful Applicant

• Previous experience in a finance administration, finance support or help-desk environment
• Strong customer service skills and confidence supporting a range of internal stakeholders
• Good systems skills and the ability to troubleshoot and work through user queries
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Experience with SAP and/or Expenseme Pro will be highly regarded
• Exposure to reconciliations, reporting or transactional finance processes would be advantageous
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
