We are seeking an accomplished NSW Area Manager to lead a portfolio of 5–6 boutiques across New South Wales. As the face of the business across your region, you will inspire Store Managers to lead with confidence, uphold impeccable brand standards, and cultivate a culture where luxury service and commercial success go hand in hand.

RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Lead, inspire and mentor Store Managers to build high-performing, engaged teams.
  • Drive sales growth while exceeding financial and operational objectives.
  • Champion an exceptional client experience that reflects the values of a premium luxury brand.
  • Recruit, coach and develop future retail leaders through ongoing training and succession planning.
  • Analyse sales performance and implement strategic initiatives to maximise opportunities.
  • Oversee workforce planning and rostering to optimise productivity and customer service.
  • Ensure every boutique consistently delivers impeccable visual merchandising and operational standards.
  • Coordinate boutique maintenance, refurbishments and new store fit-outs to the highest standard.
  • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with Head Office to execute business initiatives and support continued growth.

REQUIREMENTS +

You are an experienced multi-site retail leader with a genuine passion for luxury retail and people leadership.

You bring:

  • Proven success managing multiple retail locations within luxury, premium fashion, jewellery, beauty or lifestyle brands.
  • A track record of driving sales performance through inspirational leadership rather than transactional management.
  • Exceptional coaching and people development skills with the ability to nurture high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen and confidence interpreting sales data, KPIs and business performance.
  • Outstanding organisational and administrative capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience managing store operations, maintenance, refurbishments and boutique fit-outs.
  • A polished, professional communication style and a natural ability to build lasting relationships.
  • A hands-on leadership approach with a genuine passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
