Job description

We are recruiting on behalf of a multi-discipline Allied Health practice who are currently going through a very exciting growth phase, they have roles available for Occupational Therapists in Perth!

About the Role

  • Bibra Lake clinic + Perth metro mobile community outreach
  • Permanent full-time and part-time roles available
  • Full workplace flexibility, WFH options and flexible start and finish times
  • Mixed caseload of paediatrics and adults and will have aged care available in next few months (you can have a mix or tailor this to your interests and strengths)
  • Delivered flexibly across clinic, telehealth and mobile/in-home visits
  • No two days look the same, and you'll be backed by real admin, tech and clinical support so you can focus on the therapy itself
  • Beautiful clinic, incredible company culture with a warm, friendly and supportive team, it is a smaller business so it’s less corporate / rigid

 
Duties:

  • Functional capacity assessments and NDIS reporting
  • Therapy and capacity building with children and adults
  • Assistive technology assessments and applications
  • Sensory assessment and intervention
  • Collaboration with families, support coordinators and our psychology and behaviour support team

Requirements:

  • AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist (or eligibility for registration)
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, client-centred approach
  • Comfort working across clinic, telehealth and community / home-based settings
  • New graduates welcome, full supervision and mentoring provided
  • Full Australian work rights required
