A very well established, and incredibly supportive teaching practice, located in central Townsville is keen to hear from GP's who have reached FRACGP or will qualify early to mid 2027. A full-time equivalent position, with a lovely spacious room, will be offered to a GP candidate who would like to call Townsville home. A generous relocation package can be discussed for a FRACGP who is able to contribute a minimum of 2 years to the clinic. (Teaching other GP's is optional)
Townsville is the largest major city in tropical Northern Queensland and the gateway to Australia's incredible Great Barrier Reef! It's located 4 hours south of Cairns and a short 20 minute drive to Magnetic Island. Townsville & Cairns are the most stunning locations of Australia to enjoy, both Reef and Rainforest for scuba diving, exploration, and serious relaxation in warm weather.
For GP's seeking a large, diverse patient base and engaging work—alongside significant weekly billings—this location is a perfect choice! GP's with an interest in skin cancer, women's health and procedures would do especially well.
