The Opportunity

With an established presence in the Adelaide market and a diverse pipeline of commercial projects valued between $5M–$15M, the business is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join its construction team.

The Role
As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of commercial projects, coordinating site teams and subcontractors while maintaining programme, safety and quality outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading day-to-day site operations across commercial projects valued $5M–$15M
- Managing and coordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliers
- Driving construction programmes and maintaining key project milestones
- Coordinating site logistics, material deliveries and resources
- Maintaining high standards across WHS, quality and compliance
- Conducting site meetings and coordinating subcontractor activities
- Monitoring workmanship and managing quality throughout construction
- Working closely with Project Managers and the broader project team
- Liaising with clients, consultants and key project stakeholders
- Identifying site challenges early and implementing practical solutions
- Managing defects and supporting projects through to successful handover

- Proven Site Management experience within commercial construction
- Experience delivering projects valued $5M+
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing and programming
