The Role
 
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated HR Recruitment Consultant to join our Selection Practice in Melbourne.  We are looking for someone who wants to combine a focus on providing outstanding service as a Talent Partner, with a genuine interest in connecting the HR Community.
 
In this role, you'll:
 

• Partner with leading organisations hiring across all areas of HR
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes while building genuine long-term relationships
• Work with best-in-class technology and receive full administrative support, so you can focus on being Customer facing
• Continuously develop your skills in a supportive, professional and forward-thinking environment
• Play a key part in facilitating opportunities for bringing the community together through events and networking

 
What You'll Bring

• A tertiary qualification in HR or a related discipline and a genuine interest in the HR Profession
• Experience in a sales or business development role 
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships
• A proactive, resourceful mindset with strong candidate assessment skills
• The ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining quality and care
• Tenacity, resilience and drive to succeed to in a high paced environment
