- Support procurement and contract administration activities within a large operational environment.
- Prepare and administer contract documentation and manage purchase orders.

Lime Recruitment is currently working with a major resources client seeking a Contract Administrator to support procurement and contract administration activities within a large operational environment.
This role would suit someone from a procurement, sourcing, contracts administration or commercial support background who enjoys working across tenders, supplier management and contract governance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sourcing and tender activities
- Prepare and administer contract documentation
- Assist with supplier evaluations and contract awards
- Raise and manage purchase orders
- Support procurement governance and compliance requirements
- Assist with supplier performance monitoring
- Maintain supplier and stakeholder relationships
- Support procurement reporting and administration activities
Required Experience
- Procurement, sourcing or contract administration experience
- Tender and contract lifecycle exposure
- Experience working with suppliers and commercial documentation
- SAP and/or Ariba experience highly regarded
- Experience within mining, resources, LNG, ports, energy or industrial environments
- Gladstone industry experience highly desirable
