Senior HR Business Partner
- Support business leaders across various functions including Manufacturing and Operations.
- Design and deliver people solutions including change management and talent development.
- Influence and build relationships with senior leaders as a trusted advisor.
About company/role:
- Major pharmaceutical company
- Mainly based in Northern suburbs of Melbourne but must be flexible to work across all sites (Broadmeadows, Tullamarine, CBD)
- 6-month casual contract, fulltime hours
- Monday - Friday, standard business hours
Duties, but not limited to:
- Support business leaders across Manufacturing, Operations, Enabling Functions, Commerical and Research and Development
- Design and deliver people solutions including change, transformation, talent management, engagement and culture
- Deliver HR operational plan for assigned client groups in alignment with key HR stakeholders
- Influence and build relationship with senior leaders and people managers as a trusted advisor
- Support/lead organisational design in different layers of the organisation
- Deploy global change management projects
- Provide insights and enable managers to activate employee survey action plans
- Provide client areas with coaching for development and insights towards development
- Deliver people processes, programs and initiatives for designated client groups
- Deliver on the KPIs for the annual core HR cycle, including performance management reviews, promotions, annual compensation/talent reviews
- Develop and implement new concepts to solve business challenges and proactively use data analytics to share insights and trends
Skills/experience:
- 7 years of HR management experience, preferably in HR Business Partnering or OD/HR Business Consultant roles
- Experience leading/contributing to Org. Design, Change Management, Talent & Development
- Deep and broad knowledge of HR processes gained in a dynamic global organisation
- Strong consulting and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Outlook, Word, PPT.
- Solution oriented with proven track record in change and transformation
- Ability to tackle difficult and complex business problems
- Flexibility to manage large projects/processes simultaneously independently
