Cruise Whitsundays, based in Airlie Beach is the largest marine-based tour and transport provider in the Whitsundays. About The Role
We are seeking enthusiastic Hospitality Attendants with a passion for exceptional service and teamwork to join us on a casual and part-time basis. Based in the Port of Airlie Terminal, the Hospitality Attendant plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the Cruise Café. Preparing, presenting and maintaining food displays to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences and consistent service
- Adherence of operational procedures and Work Health and Safety requirements
- Ensuring that the terminal’s tables, chairs and balcony area always remain clean and tidy
About You
The ideal candidates will create a welcoming atmosphere at the Cruise Café, demonstrating a positive attitude and attention to detail. You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and possess creative problem-solving skills, along with a high level of adaptability, persistence, and resilience.

- Exceptional barista skills and certifications is highly desirable
