About the Role:
Are you an experienced Buyers Agent looking for your next opportunity within a successful and growing property business?
This is an exciting opportunity for an established Buyers Agent who has a strong understanding of the Sydney residential property market, excellent agent relationships and the ability to confidently manage clients throughout the entire buying journey.
You'll take ownership of the end-to-end acquisition process, from understanding the client's brief and sourcing opportunities through to inspections, due diligence, negotiation and auction.
Our client is looking for someone polished, proactive and relationship-driven who knows how to uncover the right opportunities and deliver an exceptional experience for their clients.
Key responsibilities
- Manage clients throughout the end-to-end property buying process
- Understand client briefs and provide strategic property advice
- Source on-market, pre-market and off-market opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with selling agents
- Attend property inspections and assess opportunities for clients
- Conduct property research and due diligence
- Negotiate directly with agents and vendors
- Bid and represent clients at auctions
- Provide market insights and recommendations throughout the buying process
- Maintain regular communication and deliver an exceptional client experience
- Manage multiple active buyers and acquisitions simultaneously
Skills & experience
- Proven experience as a Buyers Agent is essential
- Strong understanding of the Sydney residential property market
- Established relationships with selling agents and industry professionals
- Demonstrated ability to uncover pre-market and off-market opportunities
- Strong property sourcing and due diligence experience
- Confident negotiator with auction experience
- Excellent client management and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple active clients
- Polished and professional communication skills
- Proactive, driven and commercially minded
