An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Manager to lead the opening of a new premium fashion and accessories store in Wagga. Combining quality products, elevated customer service and a strong people-first culture, this business is known for creating memorable shopping experiences. As Store Manager, you'll play a key role in establishing the team, setting the standard and driving the store's success from day one.
You're an energetic retail leader who loves connecting with customers, developing high-performing teams and achieving sales success. With previous management experience in fashion, accessories, retail or customer-focused environments, you're confident leading by example on the shop floor. Highly organised, commercially minded and passionate about styling, you'll bring enthusiasm and positivity every day.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead daily store operations and customer experience
- Recruit, mentor and develop a high-performing team
- Drive sales, KPIs and store profitability
- Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards
- Manage stock, rostering and operational excellence
You will have:
- Previous Store Management experience
- Strong sales and KPI achievement history
- Talent for fashion, styling and customer service
- Proven ability to coach and motivate teams
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
