The Role:
As the go-to expert for customers, you’ll drive sales by recommending premium 4x4 accessories that meet customer needs. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll convert enquiries into confirmed orders while delivering exceptional service and ensuring jobs run smoothly from booking through to completion.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Customer Satisfaction: Process customer orders with precision, from order entry and delivery tracking to invoicing.
  • Provide Administrative Support: Perform data entry, manage bookings, inventory management, and check workshop output before delivery to customers.
  • Be the Expert: Address sales inquiries over the counter, by phone, and via email from a diverse range of customers, including automotive dealers and trade clients.
  • Get involved in Epic Events: Participate in exciting events like 4x4 Shows and Open Days that showcase our brand and products.
