Full time Jeweller

We are currently seeking a skilled qualified and skilled Jeweller to join our team at Camen Jewellers Midland. The position is full-time. For a successful candidate an annual salary of $85k to $90k + superannuation will be offered.

Responsibilities:

1. Assess jewellery designs and specifications and select appropriate materials and techniques.
2. Shape, cut, file, bend and form precious metals using hand and machine tools
3. Manufacture and assemble jewellery by soldering, riveting, screwing and other joining methods.
4. Repair, restore and restyle jewellery, including replacing and rebuilding worn or broken components.
5. Engrave designs and details on rings, bracelets, brooches and other jewellery items.
6. Appraise the quality and value of jewellery and precious stones as required.
7. Maintaining high standards of craftsmanship, quality control, and time management
8. Provide advice in relation to jewellery
9. Finish and inspect completed jewellery to ensure a high standard of craftsmanship, secure stone settings and compliance with company quality standards.

Skills and Experience:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience
2. Hold relevant qualification
