This is a highly rewarding position where you will provide direct care, helping us create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming home for our residents, no experience? we can train you!.If you take pride in your work, believe aged care is about building connections and bringing joy to someone's day, and want a role where what you do genuinely matters each day, we’d love to hear from you.About the RoleIn this hands-on position, you’ll play an important part in the day-to-day life of our facility by supporting residents with their daily needs, including:Assisting with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and mealsSupporting residents' emotional wellbeing and helping with social activitiesMaintaining dignity, privacy, and respect for our residents at all timesCompleting daily care charts and reporting any changes in health to the Registered/Enrolled NursesWorking collaboratively with the broader team to support a high standard of care deliveryAbout YouYou are someone who brings a positive, practical approach to your work and takes pride in providing high-quality, person-centred care.
