Trade Assistants & CNC Machinists / Fitters (Short-Term Project) Nowra
We are seeking Trade Assistants and CNC Machinists/Fitters (or tradespeople with CNC experience) to support the relocation of our manufacturing operation within Nowra.This is a hands-on, project-based role where youll be part of a team responsible for safely and efficiently moving equipment and setting up at our new site. The project will be managed internally and kicks off Monday 29th June.
About the Role

Assist with dismantling, moving, and reinstallation of machinery and equipment Support relocation logistics across two local sites in Nowra Work as part of a team to meet project timelines and ensure safe practices General workshop and labouring duties as required

Duration & HoursApprox. 2 months workMonday to FridayDay shift only
Skills & ExperienceEssential / Highly Regarded:Experience as a Trade Assistant, CNC Machinist, Fitter, or similarExposure to manufacturing or machine shop environments (preferred but not essential)Forklift licence (highly desirable)Basic rigging experience or familiarity with moving heavy equipment
Other Requirements:Strong work ethic and reliabilityAbility to follow instructions and work safely in a team environmentPhysically fit and capable of manual handling tasksAbility to complete and pass a police check prior to commencing employment
