About the Client
Our client is a leading Australian wholesale supplier of air conditioning and HVAC products, supporting trade professionals across residential and commercial projects. With more than 20 years of industry experience and branches across Queensland, New South Wales, the Northern Territory and Western Australia, the business provides a comprehensive range of air conditioning equipment, installation products, tools, electrical components, copper, fittings, insulation, gases and oils, as well as commercial HVAC solutions.
What You Will Be Doing
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join their team in Tingalpa in a long-term role. The successful applicant will be required to work Monday-Friday, 6:30-7:30am starts, approximately 8hr days.
In this position you will be:
- Accurately quote and process sales orders in a timely and professional manner
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Ensure orders align with customer requirements, inventory availability, and pricing guidelines
- Liaise with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery
- Contribute to the achievement of budgeted revenue and margin targets by proactively promoting products and identifying upsell opportunities
- Perform operational and warehousing tasks; including inventory management, stock replenishment, and organizing merchandise displays
- Occasionally completing pick packing duties when busy
What You Will Need
- Drivers Licence & reliable transport
- Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol Screening
- Previous internal sales/customer service experience
- Previous trade sales or blue collar experience highly preferred
- Good computer skills and customer service skills
