Home Care Support Worker
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care to older Australians in their homes.
- Assist with personal care, medication, and domestic support.

About You
- Live in and can support our customers in the Dunsborough, Busselton and surrounding areas
- Hold an Australian Driver’s Licence and own comprehensively insured car (no international licence/shared vehicles)
- Minimum 12 months of experience delivering personal care in aged care, disability, or hospital environment and/or completed a qualification in Aged Care, Disability or Home and Community Care
- Available to work a minimum of 6 hours per day within the hours of 8am – 6pm, ideally across 3–4 weekdays (some weekend rosters available)
- Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start
- Passionate about working in in-home care, with a focus on aged care
- Seeking casual contract
What We Offer
- $36.42 - $36.59 p/h + super + casual loading
- Paid travel time + $1.33/km allowance + company phone
- Casual contract with flexible rostering
Your Role
As a valued member of the team, you’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred care to older Australians in their homes.
- Personal care: showering, grooming, toileting and mobility support
- Medication assistance (where applicable)
- Domestic support: cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
- Social support and companionship
- Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing
Domestic assistance will remain an important component of your role alongside your personal care responsibilities.
