Quality Assurance Officer

Easy Signs is one of Australia’s leading online signage manufacturers, combining technology, innovation and manufacturing to deliver high-quality signage products to customers across Australia.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Quality Assurance Officer to join our Quality Assurance team and help strengthen our quality systems, processes and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

What you’ll do

• Conduct internal audits and report on findings
• Investigate non-conformances and complete root cause analysis
• Track CAPAs and improvement actions through to close-out
• Maintain quality documentation, records and SOPs
• Monitor QMS compliance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Analyse quality data, trends and performance metrics
• Support quality-related training across the business
• Work with teams across Production and the wider business to improve processes and standards

What we’re looking for

• Quality assurance, compliance or similar experience
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or quality management systems is highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Confident problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Excellent organisation and follow-through
• Internal auditing and CAPA experience is advantageous
• Manufacturing experience is highly regarded

We’re open to someone who already has solid QA experience or a developing Quality Assurance Officer with the right foundations and drive to learn.
