About the Client
Our client operates a large-scale industrial terminal supporting bulk materials handling and logistics operations. They are seeking experienced mobile plant operators for an anticipated six-month labour hire assignment supporting safe and efficient terminal operations.
What you will be doing
As a Water Cart Operator you will be responsible for the below duties:
- Operate water carts across terminal operational areas
- Conduct pre-start inspections and routine equipment checks
- Complete dust suppression across haul roads, stockpiles and work zones
- Maintain communication with Supervisors and the Control Room
- Complete operational records and report equipment defects
What you will need
To be successful in this role you will need to have the below:
- RIIMPO326E Conduct Water Vehicle Operations
- Previous mobile plant experience within heavy industry
- Ability to work a 24/7 rotating day and night roster
- Strong safety and environmental awareness
- Additional mobile plant competencies highly regarded
