WANT TO LEARN REAL ESTATE BY ACTUALLY DOING IT?

Peter Florentzos is looking for a capable Sales Associate to work beside him throughout the sales process. Meet buyers, help prepare properties, take part in appointments and keep the follow-up moving.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Help prepare and run open homes, assist buyers and attend private inspections.
• Prepare for and attend listing presentations with Peter, with agreed follow-up.
• Respond to buyer enquiries, help qualify interest and maintain relationships.
• Attend building and pest appointments when required, coordinate access and relay information to Peter; technical advice stays with the relevant professionals.
• Attend photography appointments and help prepare properties and campaigns for market.
• Assist with auction campaigns, appointments, prospecting and local market activity.
• Keep buyer activity and next steps appropriately recorded in the CRM.

MANDARIN AND/OR CANTONESE HIGHLY REGARDED

These skills are especially valuable for assisting our Chinese-speaking buyers and sellers. Strong candidates without these languages are also encouraged to apply.

BRING YOUR PERSONALITY AND YOUR FOLLOW-THROUGH

Be confident, outgoing and comfortable talking to new people. Bring initiative, positive energy and a sense of fun, balanced with professionalism, reliability and a willingness to learn.

Real estate sales experience is welcome but not essential for consideration. New and early-career candidates with strong people skills can compete on attitude, communication and work ethic.

SCHEDULE AND REGISTRATION

Six days per week. Current Queensland real estate registration is preferred, but not required to apply. Applicants starting their training or registration pathway are welcome. Any registration required for particular duties must be in place before those duties are performed.

Peter began in 2001. His established client-care team includes Danielle O'Reilly, alongside him since 2010, and Kristina Dennis since 2013.
