Company Background

Our client is a fast-paced, dynamic organisation located in the Eastern suburbs. They are within the logistics industry and have been growing at a rapid pace. This role has been newly created due to the company’s growth.  

The Role

Reporting to a supportive Managing Director, this role is diverse and includes the following:

• Full-function Accounts Payable

• Full-function Accounts Receivable

• End-to-end payroll processing for 15 staff

• Preparation of BAS, PAYG and Superannuation

• Reconciliations and operational ad-hoc reporting

• Supporting month-end and year-end processes including journal posting and reconciliations

• Intercompany reconciliations

• Ad hoc admin and operational support

Your Background

To be successful in this role, you will be hands-on, adaptable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. Below are the requirements:

• Strong end-to-end bookkeeping or company accounting experience (minimum 5 years)

• Have worked autonomously or in a small team environment

• Full-function AP, AR, and payroll experience

• Experience preparing BAS and IAS

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

• Excellent communication skills

• Australian Citizen or PR
