Plant Operator Role-Ongoing

Your new companyHays Trades & Labour are partnering with a leading waste management and resource recovery business based in Epping. Due to continued growth and increased workload, we are seeking experienced Loader and Excavator Operators for ongoing opportunities with immediate starts available.
Your new role
Working as part of a busy operational team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of loaders and excavators across a large-scale site. This is an ongoing position offering consistent hours Monday to Friday, with Saturday work available for those seeking additional overtime.Your duties may include:

• Operating loaders and excavators to move and stockpile materials
• Feeding processing plant and equipment
• Conducting pre-start checks and basic maintenance
• Maintaining a safe and productive work environment
• Assisting with general site operations as required

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience operating loaders and/or excavators
• Relevant VOCs, tickets or licences
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Reliable transport and current driver's licence
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Availability to commence work in the short term
