Claims Consultant
6-month Fixed Term Contract based at Port Macquarie
Reporting to the Team Leader you will provide administrative support via phone, email or video conferencing to our teams throughout NSW to ensure the smooth and timely data entry, reporting and customer service to both internal staff, external clients and employers. Your strong attention to detail and accuracy in a high volume, fast paced environment will be an advantage.
The key responsibilities are:
- Outcomes & payments support, monitoring & processing
- High quality internal and external stakeholder engagement & support
- Ensure contractual compliance & administration requirements are adhered to
About you
- Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail
- Proven ability to succeed in a target driven environment
- High level communication and organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to establish a rapport and communicate effectively with employers, participants, stakeholders and staff particularly via remote means (phone, email)
- Excellent administrative and computer-based systems capability, including keyboard, excel and database proficiency
