    Our client is a growing mobile speech therapy service supporting children across Melbourne’s west.     About the role:

    We are seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist (Contractor) to join our client's expanding team. This primarily paediatric role involves working with children in their homes, schools, and early learning settings across Melton and surrounding suburbs.

    As a contractor, you will have flexible control over your schedule, with the support of our experienced Head Speech Pathologist and regular team check-ins to guide clinical questions, caseload planning, and professional development.

    • Sessions are 45 minutes face-to-face, with remaining time for notes, preparation, or travel.

    • Clinicians typically see around 25 clients per week (~25 hours), though this is flexible.

    • Travel is fully reimbursed according to NDIS rates.

    This role is ideal for clinicians seeking autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to gradually build a caseload at their own pace.

    Requirements:

    To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

    • A tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
    • Eligibility for, or current membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
    • A valid Working With Children Check
    • A current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
    • ABN
