About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Change Analyst to support a major technology implementation, working closely with the Project Change Manager, Business Lead and functional Subject Matter Experts to facilitate the transition to new systems and ways of working.
You will play a key role in stakeholder engagement, communications, training and business readiness, helping ensure successful adoption across a geographically dispersed workforce.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments.
• Develop and coordinate communications and engagement plans, including presentations, factsheets and key messages.
• Undertake Training Needs Analysis and develop training materials to support new ways of working.
• Coordinate and liaise with the Change Network to support business engagement.
• Assist leaders with delivering key messages through toolbox talks, town halls and other communication channels.
• Support rostering and deployment teams with engagement and upskilling activities.
• Identify and coordinate business readiness activities, including cutover communications, manual workarounds and post-go-live support.
• Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to address change impacts and drive adoption.

What You'll Bring

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Organisational Change Analyst on large-scale or complex technology implementations.
• Demonstrated experience in change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement and business readiness planning.
• Strong communication skills, with experience developing and delivering communications across complex organisations.
• Experience conducting Training Needs Analysis, developing learning materials and supporting training delivery.
• Sound knowledge of organisational change management methodologies, tools and frameworks.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and deliver outcomes within required timeframes.
