Warehouse Supervisor
We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor who is highly motivated and well presented to join a dynamic distribution team in Crestmead. The ideal candidate will have proven warehouse logistics knowledge, managing inventory, overseeing dispatch, and receiving, and ensuring safety procedures are followed across the warehouse. You will also be able to lead a productive and successful team. The details of the role are as follow:
- Temp to permanent, full time role
- $42.21 (casual rate) + plus super + OT
- Monday to Friday 6.00am-3.00pm
- Forklift License essential
- Immediate start
Responsibilities:
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes and priorities
- Experience in a busy warehouse environment
- Experience with cycle counts, for casting, cycle planning and shift supervision
- Oversee dispatch, receiving, and safety
- Experiencing in supervising teams to achieve shift objectives and meeting order-delivery lead times.
- Demonstrate an ability to encourage and motivate teams
- Experience with WMS is ideal
- Superior communication skills
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehousing supervision
- Previous Leadership experience
- Forklift License mandatory
- Certificate in logistics, warehouse or leadership desirable
